Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pak33 platform, including the website located at https://pak33.cam, all associated pages, features, content, tools and services made available by pak33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

pak33 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform developed for users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or using any service or feature provided by pak33, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are accessing the Platform in accordance with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party without their explicit authorisation and without disclosing such authorisation to pak33.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional promotional terms issued from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and pak33 with respect to your use of the Platform.

Account Eligibility

Registration and use of an Account on pak33 is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the licensing authority applicable to the operator, whichever is greater. pak33 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. pak33 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Pakistani users are specifically reminded of the restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Access to the Platform does not constitute a representation by pak33 that such access is lawful in your location.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any given time. Creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is a form of Prohibited Conduct and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain an Account:

• Individuals under the applicable minimum age;
• Persons who are self-excluded or subject to a Platform-imposed exclusion;
• Employees, contractors or close relatives of pak33 or its affiliated entities;
• Persons accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where such access is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

Account Registration

5.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the Platform, you are required to create an Account by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly in the event of any change.

5.2 Accuracy of Information

You represent that all information provided during registration is true, accurate and your own. Providing false, misleading or third-party information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pak33 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account credentials where such use results from your failure to keep them secure. You must notify pak33 support immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access to your Account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

pak33 may require identity and age verification ("KYC") at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including but not limited to at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when mandated by applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations.

6.1 Required Documents

For Pakistani users, verification documents may include:

• A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (where required), such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months;
• A selfie or liveness check as directed by the verification system.

6.2 Document Integrity

You must never submit altered, obscured, forged or otherwise falsified documents for KYC purposes. Submission of false documentation constitutes fraud, will result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6.3 Withholding of Withdrawals

pak33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Funds held pending KYC completion will be returned to the verified payment method once verification is complete or, in the case of failed verification, dealt with in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Funding Your Account

Deposits to your pak33 Account may be made using available payment methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references only. These institutions and services do not endorse, support or partner with pak33 in relation to gambling transactions. You are responsible for verifying available payment options directly on the Platform.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are as displayed on the Platform at the relevant time. These amounts are expressed in PKR or other applicable currency and may be updated periodically.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to: completion of applicable KYC verification; satisfaction of any active wagering requirements; and compliance with these Terms. pak33 reserves the right to conduct additional AML checks prior to processing withdrawals.

7.4 Responsible Use of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited to your pak33 Account are legitimately owned by you and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. Deposits must not be made from payment methods belonging to third parties.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Availability

pak33 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers and loyalty rewards to eligible users from time to time. All such offers are subject to availability, eligibility criteria and specific promotional terms that must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement will be specified in the relevant promotional terms and represents the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. As an illustration only: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement would require PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying bets — actual requirements will vary.

8.3 Key Bonus Conditions

• Maximum Bet During Bonus: Where a maximum bet limit applies during active bonus play, exceeding that limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category will be specified in promotional terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses are valid for a defined period as stated in promotional terms. Expired bonuses and related winnings will be removed from your Account without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-out: Some bonuses cap the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This limit will be stated in the applicable promotional terms.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

pak33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including but not limited to bonus stacking, hedging, placing low-risk bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotional offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Acceptance of Bets

pak33 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, erroneous odds or system errors. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type.

9.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or manifest error in odds pricing, pak33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users. "Manifest error" means a clear and obvious error that a reasonable person would recognise as erroneous, including typographical errors in pricing.

9.3 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment or postponement beyond the applicable timeframe; data feed errors; or where a relevant governing body renders the event outcome null. Stakes on void bets will be returned to your Account balance.

9.4 Cricket, PSL and Sports Betting

Markets for Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other sports are subject to the specific rules published for each market. In-play bets accepted after a key event has occurred but before the data feed has updated may be voided at pak33's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Account balances and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one Account, whether personally or through proxies;
• Identity Fraud: Registering under a false identity, using another person's identity documents or misrepresenting any personal information;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or match-fixing in sports;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering, staking patterns designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play, or any strategy designed to circumvent promotional terms;
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving goods or services;
• Hacking or Interference: Attempting to access, disrupt or alter the Platform, its systems or any other user's account through unauthorised means;
• Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts or automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from pak33;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Responsible Gambling

pak33 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all eligible users. We provide a range of Responsible Gambling Tools that you are encouraged to use at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period;
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or automatic logouts after a defined play duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period to take a break from gambling;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform if gambling is having a negative impact on your life.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the property of pak33 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of pak33.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak33, its directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform;
• Interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any feature thereof;
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform content, including odds, game outcomes or promotional terms.

The Platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pak33 support. Upon closure, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your verified payment method subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding investigation or hold.

14.2 Termination by pak33

pak33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Where required by applicable law, regulatory authority or law enforcement direction;
• Where pak33 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that continued Account operation poses legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak33 is incorporated or licenced, as applicable. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Pakistani users acknowledge that online gambling is subject to domestic legal restrictions and that the choice of governing law does not constitute a representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Users are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding their specific circumstances.

Amendments to These Terms

pak33 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as provided in Section 14.
